Media Advocacy for Rapid Change (MARCH)

informing, educating, persuading local people

We are an advocacy organisation.  Our issues vary depending on what is really happening in Sokoto State and is affecting the local people.

We carry out most of our advocacy activities through local drama, jingles and songs.  Education level in Sokoto State is very low, hence most of our activities are carried out in the local Hausa language.

Our organisation receives a lot of support from the State-owned Television and Radio Network (RIMA Radio and RTV).
